The Congress of the Association is convened, in accordance with the Statute of Antinoo Arcigay Napoli, in first call on Sunday 30 August at 6.00 pm at the registered office of the association in Naples in Vico San Geronimo 17, and in second call for Monday, August 31st at 5:00 PM, at “Casa ARCI” in Naples in Via Carlo De Marco, 4.
The Congress is convened with the following agenda:
- discussion and approval of proposed amendments to the Association's Statute;
- discussion and approval of the four-year activity programme;
- election of the President;
- election of corporate bodies, Vice President and Treasurer;
- election of the Board of Directors;
- election of the Board of Auditors or the Auditor (where applicable);
- election of the Guarantors (where applicable);
- election of any other corporate bodies and/or association positions (where applicable).
The members of Antinoo Arcigay Napoli who are up to date with the payment of the membership fee, paid to our Association, Antinoo Arcigay Napoli (not any other association affiliated to Arcigay or other territorial committee of Arcigay) on the date of the Congress have the right to active and passive vote at the Congress. July 30, 2026 (upon convocation of the Congress). Members who last renewed their membership with our Association, Antinoo Arcigay Napoli (not with any other association affiliated with Arcigay or another Arcigay territorial committee), whose membership expires between July 30, 2026, and August 31, 2026, may renew their membership during the congress, no later than the first vote, and will only have the right to vote and be a candidate at the Congress after this renewal.
Registration is open until the first vote (i.e., approval of the congress regulations). This notice will be posted on the appropriate noticeboards at the venue and on the association's official website, www.arcigaynapoli.org. Voting by proxy is permitted, provided that they are in written form, the delegate and the delegating party must be up to date with the payment of the membership fee to our association by July 30, 2026. The proxies must be delivered to the presidency of the Congress no later than the first vote to be considered valid.
