The meeting is hereby convened, pursuant to the Association's Statute Antinoo Arcigay Naples, for the day of July 28th at approximately 8:30 am in first call and for Tuesday July 28, 2026, at 6:00 PM In second call, at the social headquarters, "common house of diversity" room in vico San Geronimo n° 17, the Assembly of members with the following agenda (OdG):
- Approval of Congressional regulations;
- Miscellaneous.
Please note that the Assembly, at the first call, is validly constituted with the presence of more than half of the members and passes resolutions by absolute majority. At the second call, no quorum is required, and the Assembly passes resolutions by absolute majority of the members present.
All members who have paid their membership fees to our issuing committee as of June 22, 2026, are entitled to vote (voting by proxy is not permitted).
Please remember to wear a mask and respect social distancing measures as per current regulations.
