The Board of Directors of the Arcigay Viterbo Territorial Committee – Peter Boom APS,
Considering the convocation of the XVIII National Congress of Arcigay which will take place in Rome in
November 13, 14 and 15, 2026,

The Territorial Congress of Arcigay for the province of Viterbo, in its first convocation for the
day 10/10/2026 at 13:00 at the Arci Il Cosmonauta club in Via dei Giardini, 11,
01100 Viterbo VT and, if the legal quorum is not reached, in second
Meeting called for October 11, 2026, at 4:00 PM at the same location, to discuss, in
first or possibly second call, of the following items on the agenda:
1. Appointment of the president and the secretary who records the minutes of the meeting
Territorial Congress.
2. Illustration and voting on the Motions presented for the XVIII National Congress of
Arcigay;
3. Election of the Delegates to the XVIII National Congress of Arcigay and any
substitutes;
4. Appointment of the associated person(s) to be proposed to the XVIII National Congress of
Arcigay as member(s) of the National Council of Arcigay representing the
its own territory of competence, pursuant to art. 22 of the National Statute of
Arcigay;
5. Discussion and approval of any statutory amendments, documents, orders
of the day or recommendations to be sent to the XVIII National Congress or other
decisions of the territorial congress.
The Territorial Congress is convened according to the rules of the Statute of the Territorial Committee,
of the Statute of Arcigay APS and of the Regulations of the XVIII National Congress of Arcigay
approved by the National Council of Arcigay. All members of the association have the right to vote.
Arcigay Territorial Committee and all the associations adhering to Arcigay in the territory of
competence of the Territorial Committee registered for at least 3 months in the members' book and in good standing with the
payment of the annual membership fee. The membership fee can be renewed until
at the opening of the Territorial Congress.
Members can apply for the role of Delegate at the XVIII
Arcigay National Congress, supported by at least 20 members in good standing with the
payment of the membership fee, by 6:00 pm on October 8, 2026, by writing to the address
email [email protected]. The application communication must include the name and
surname of the candidate(s) and of all members supporting him/her. They will be
3 delegates elected plus any 3 substitutes.
