🎬🌈 CINE PRIDE 2026 – Un viaggio tra memoria, resistenza e orgoglio 🌈🎬
There are stories that deserve to be remembered. Stories of people who had the courage to challenge discrimination, prejudice, and injustice to pave the way for the rights and freedoms we enjoy today.
On the occasion of Salerno Pride 2026, Arcigay Salerno presents CINE PRIDE, a film festival that, through three key works, retraces the roots of the LGBTQIA+ movement, the battles that marked its growth, and the figures who have written its history.
🎥 8 giugno – BEFORE STONEWALL (1984)
A precious documentary that recounts the lives of LGBTQ+ people before the Stonewall riots, amid invisibility, discrimination, and the birth of the first resistance communities.
🎥 15 giugno – STONEWALL (2015)
A cinematic reinterpretation of one of the most significant events in the history of civil rights, a symbol of the fight for equality and self-determination.
🎥 22 giugno – THE DEATH AND LIFE OF MARSHA P. JOHNSON (2017)
A powerful documentary about one of the most iconic and influential figures in the LGBTQIA+ movement, whose legacy continues to inspire activism and change today.

Each screening will be an opportunity to discuss, explore, and share reflections on issues that concern not only the LGBTQIA+ community, but society as a whole: rights, inclusion, dignity, memory, and participation.
