Agitate yourselves, for we will need all our intelligence.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #f30e61;\">our enthusiasm. Get organized, because we will need all our strength.\u201d Gramsci<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Young people are often effectively excluded from the political and social life of the country<\/strong>, which tends to be dominated by older generations, particularly in Italy: the difficulty of emerging and being heard in a concrete way is a typical problem of the presence of young people in the political and associative world. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Arcigay believes that the youth voice is fundamental in particular<\/strong> to encourage the association to maintain a moving vision of the future and of change, even internally, convinced that otherwise its marginalization becomes a problem for everyone.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is in this perspective that Agor\u00e0 was born, <strong>a national collective residential experience of meeting, debate and political development<\/strong> dedicated to* only* young people under 28 from Arcigay, with the aim of:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Create a national forum for discussion, analysis, and reflection on youth and student issues related to the LGBTI movement;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Develop your own perspective on the national role of Arcigay and the contribution that young people can make;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Plan communications and campaigns for the Youth Network;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provide training opportunities;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Develop internal guidelines, when necessary.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In Agora, usually, <strong>Volunteers, male and female activists from associations affiliated with Arcigay will participate.<\/strong>, exclusively under 28 years of age, with priority to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coordinators of local youth groups;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Local youth leaders;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Leaders of LGBTI university associations.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Agor\u00e0 is generally organized every year, over the course of a weekend, in different locations based on local availability.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #f30e61;\"><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The initiative has been supported to date by specific projects and by financial participation from the children themselves.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Iniziativa residenziale di incontro, dibattito ed elaborazione politica de* volontar* under 28 di Arcigay Giovani &nbsp; &#8220;Istruitevi, perch\u00e9 avremo bisogno di tutta la nostra intelligenza.
