Arcigay has already conducted and continues to conduct training activities on LGBTI issues for external entities, mostly public and private entities and businesses, as part of specific themed projects.<\/span><\/p>\n

Training in-house<\/em><\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n

Thanks to the increasing structuring of the <\/span>internal training<\/span><\/a> second level, we are able to offer training interventions in LGBTI literacy and diversity management<\/strong>, carrying out a needs assessment and structuring pathways ad hoc<\/em> for various internal figures in public and private entities (companies, associations, private social sectors, etc.). <\/span><\/p>\n

The training courses <\/span>in-house<\/span><\/i> \u2013 aimed at employees and all levels of management \u2013 have the objective of deepening the organisation's knowledge in the LGBTI field for improve communication and management skills both externally<\/strong> (management of communications with the public and with LGBTI clients, users, and members) both on the internal level<\/strong> (diversity management relating to LGBTI staff).<\/span><\/p>\n
