{"id":45627,"date":"2017-02-13T20:07:47","date_gmt":"2017-02-13T18:07:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.arcigay.it\/?page_id=45627"},"modified":"2017-02-14T16:07:11","modified_gmt":"2017-02-14T14:07:11","slug":"esterna","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.arcigay.it\/en\/strumenti\/formazione\/esterna\/","title":{"rendered":"External \u201cin-house\u201d training\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Arcigay has already conducted and continues to conduct training activities on LGBTI issues for external entities, mostly public and private entities and businesses, as part of specific themed projects.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #f30e61;\"><b>Training <em>in-house<\/em><\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thanks to the increasing structuring of the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.arcigay.it\/en\/strumenti\/formazione\/fisc\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">internal training<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> second level, we are able to offer <strong>training interventions in LGBTI literacy and diversity management<\/strong>, carrying out a needs assessment and structuring pathways <em>ad hoc<\/em> for various internal figures in public and private entities (companies, associations, private social sectors, etc.). <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The training courses <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">in-house<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 aimed at employees and all levels of management \u2013 have the objective of deepening the organisation&#039;s knowledge in the LGBTI field for <strong>improve communication and management skills both externally<\/strong> (management of communications with the public and with LGBTI clients, users, and members) <strong>both on the internal level<\/strong> (diversity management relating to LGBTI staff).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The interventions are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">delivered \u201con site\u201d, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">at the requesting entity, or via FAD on the platform <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Moodle<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">delivered on the basis of a shared calendar identifying the best time for the institution;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">designed \u201cad hoc\u201d on the basis of an analysis of training gaps and the teaching tools and methodologies most suited to the organizational situation and nature of the institution;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">designed in close collaboration with the internal figures indicated by the organization;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">designed and delivered directly by Arcigay, through <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.arcigay.it\/en\/strumenti\/formazione\/fisc\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">expert trainers<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <strong>methodological path<\/strong> followed for training <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">in-house<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is as follows<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Analysis of needs and context<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Skills Analysis<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Training path design (contents, teaching modules, assessment tools)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Carrying out the training course<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Evaluation and follow-up<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>For information and to request advice on training, write to formazione@arcigay.it or contact the national management at 051.0957241.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Arcigay ha gi\u00e0 svolto e svolge attivit\u00e0 formativa su tematiche LGBTI a soggetti esterni, per lo pi\u00f9 enti pubblici, privati e imprese nell\u2019ambito di progetti specifici a tema.
