The first form of discrimination often manifests itself during job interviews, where trans* individuals, in the majority of cases, are rejected.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The campaign aims to send a clear and direct message: excluding a candidate for a particular job position simply because their identity doesn&#039;t conform to the document or social expectations of male and female means excluding potential talent.
