Fearlessly declaring one&#039;s sexual orientation or gender identity to family, friends, and the workplace or school is a gesture that, while unfortunately still requires courage and pride, also brings about personal and social change. &quot;Coming Out&quot; is a fundamental and essential process in the life of an LGBTQIA+ person. It doesn&#039;t end in a single phase of life, perhaps the most difficult and critical, but continues in varying forms and degrees throughout life. It is a step toward authenticity and the freedom to be oneself, but it can also bring with it anxieties and questions.<\/p>\n<p>So, thanks to the ongoing collaboration between Arcigay and NIVEA Creme, this year too there will be a free help desk for people who need to discuss their coming out journey, as well as for all those who support friends or family on this important journey.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In particular, this year&#039;s message is \u201cComing Out Together,\u201d which reinforces the concept of Community that both NIVEA Creme and Arcigay resolutely promote.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>Disclaimer: The #beyou help desk was created thanks to a donation from NIVEA Creme to Arcigay, which is in no way related to the volume of product purchases by end consumers.
