CONVENING OF THE TERRITORIAL CONGRESS

The meeting is called Arcigay Territorial Congress of Cremona and Lodi
in first call for 24/10/2026 at 11.55pm
at Arcigay Cremona “la Rocca” via Speciano 4 in Cremona and, if a sufficient quorum is not reached, in a second call for the day 25 / 10 / 2026 at 4.30 pm at the same location, to discuss, in first or possibly second call, the following items on the agenda:
- Illustration and voting on the motions presented for the XVIII National Congress of Arcigay;
- Election of delegates to the XVIII National Congress of Arcigay and any substitutes;
- Appointment of the member(s) to be proposed to the XVIII National Congress as members of the National Council of Arcigay representing their respective territories;
- Any discussion and approval of any statutory amendments, documents, agendas or recommendations to be sent to the XVIII National Congress or other decisions of the territorial congress;
