[:en]This meeting is hereby convened, pursuant to the Statute of the Association Antinoo Arcigay Naples, for Saturday 20 April approximately at 4.30 pm in first call and for Saturday April 20th at approximately 6:00 PM In second call, at the social headquarters, "common house of diversity" room in vico San Geronimo n° 17, the Assembly of members with the following agenda (OdG):
- Treasurer's Financial Report
- President's Social Budget Report;
- Discussion and approval of the 2023 financial statement;
- Discussion and approval of the 2024 budget;
- Any resignations or additions to corporate positions;
- Pride and initiatives;
- Miscellaneous.
Please note that the Assembly, at the first call, is validly constituted with the presence of more than half of the members and passes resolutions by absolute majority. At the second call, no quorum is required, and the Assembly passes resolutions by absolute majority of the members present.
All members who have paid their membership fees to our issuing committee as of March 20, 2024, are entitled to vote (voting by proxy is not permitted).
It is possible to become a member of Antinoo Arcigay Napoli or renew your membership at the opening of the Assembly, no later than the first vote. In this case, although they will not have the right to vote actively or passively, new members who renewed after March 20, 2023 will be able to speak during the assembly proceedings.
