ANTONIO AURIEMMA

Youth Manager

Neapolitan by origin but as a good Sagittarius he defines himself as a citizen of the world, Antonio (she/he/they) joined the national Arcigay Giovani network in 2016 by participating in the second Agorà in Perugia.
In the youth network, she has always found a home and family, as well as a place to grow and share experiences and journeys.
Passionate about art, communication, and the nerdy world, he can't stand injustice, toxic masculinity, and patriarchy.
When he's not busy with Arcigay activism, work, or stressing out the youth coordination, he devotes himself to music and travel... which then give him inspiration for a new proposal to bring to Arcigay.

GIACOMO CEREGHINI

Collaborations with youth and student organizations and Head of the North/East area

Giacomo (male pronouns), 24 years old, university student. Originally from Udine, in Friuli, but has lived in Trento for five years, where he moved to attend university. He is currently studying political science for a master's degree.

He approached Arcigay in 2019, timidly joining the Trentino youth group, unaware that this space would be his safe haven for a long time. After two years interrupted by the pandemic, marked by the lack of in-person networking, he returned to our association's spaces at the local and national levels. In 2022, he participated in the Youth Pride Camp for the first time, where he had the opportunity to learn about the Youth Network and have important learning experiences. That same year, he became coordinator of the Trento youth group, which he still coordinates. In 2023, he helped organize the Dolomiti Pride in Trento, which was a moment of great personal and associative satisfaction for him. In 2024, he participated in the 4th Agorà Giovani as a delegate from Trentino; this experience proved to be an important opportunity to further challenge himself and grow politically.

As part of the Youth Network coordination team, he manages relations with the youth and student groups with which the Network engages and collaborates. He is also responsible for the North/East Macro Area, the region he originates from.

FRANCESCO MUSILLO

Responsible for network operations and organization of community and social events

Born in Modena in 1997, but of humble origins in Campania and Puglia, Francesco—known to all as Muso (male pronouns)—joined the Arcigay Modena youth group in 2014 and, as often happens, never left. From 2016 to 2024, he served as coordinator, guiding the group for years with enthusiasm, creativity, and legendary patience—the same patience he brings to his work as a nurse today.
During her years of activism in Arcigay Modena, she also began to take her first steps within Arcigay's National Youth Network, becoming a regular at numerous events, particularly the Youth Pride Camp, right from its inception. Her crowning achievement was organizing and subsequently hosting the Youth Pride Festival, an event that attracted numerous participants from across Italy.
Within the National Youth Network, he handles operations and event planning—if you don't know where to find him, he's probably lurking at some party. He also currently sits on the National Youth Council Commission, responsible for Gender Policies. A board game and role-playing enthusiast, video games are where he truly shines and where he collects trophies, but his greatest achievement is his passion for trash with a capital T. In everyday life, he's Chansey, but even more than Covauova, he's a master of Dolcebacio and Charme.
