The meeting is hereby convened, pursuant to the Association's Statute Antinoo Arcigay Naples, for Monday 28 April approximately at 4.30 pm in first call and for Monday April 28th at approximately 6:00 PM In second call, at the social headquarters, "common house of diversity" room in vico San Geronimo n° 17, the Assembly of members with the following agenda (OdG):
- Treasurer's Financial Report
- President's Social Budget Report;
- Discussion and approval of the 2024 financial statement;
- Discussion and approval of the 2025 budget;
- Pride and initiatives;
- Miscellaneous.
Please note that the Assembly, at the first call, is validly constituted with the presence of more than half of the members and passes resolutions by absolute majority. At the second call, no quorum is required, and the Assembly passes resolutions by absolute majority of the members present.
All members who have paid their membership fees to our issuing committee as of March 28, 2025, are entitled to vote (voting by proxy is not permitted).
It is possible to become a member of Antinoo Arcigay Napoli or renew one's membership at the opening of the Assembly, no later than the first vote. In this case, although they will not have the right to vote actively or passively, new members who renewed after March 28, 2025 will be able to speak during the assembly proceedings.
