The Arcigay Ivrea “Ottavio Mai” club and the Rossetorri cooperative have for the fifth time undertaken the daring adventure of putting together a gay-lesbian themed event, but always aimed at even to a heterosexual audience that one wants to confront with sexuality in general and homosexuality specifically.

Here is the detailed program of the festival, which includes a film screening in the ABCinema hall and three literary presentations (in collaboration with LA LIBRERIA Cossavella) in the Sala Cupola, also in the La Serra Congress Center at Corso Botta 30 in Ivrea.

The film will be preceded by the presentation of the 20th edition of the International Film Festival with Homosexual Themes which will take place in Turin, Teatro Nuovo, from 21 to 28 April.

Director Giovanni Minerba intervenes.

Presentation of the volumes of the "Tondelliana" project conceived and created by the Transeuropa publishing house for the anniversary of its first 25 years of activity.

Writer Mirko Romano intervenes

During the evening, excerpts from the film will be presented ""Spetters"" by Paul Verhoeven (1979) whose dialogues were edited, in the Italian edition, by Pier Vittorio Tondelli.

Franco Goretti, historian and co-author of the book, will speak.
The evening will be introduced by the monologue “The Ideology of Scoundrels” by Antonio Cassarà, played by Sax Nicosia: the deportation narrated through the adventures of a child convinced he had voluntarily gone to work in Nazi Germany.

During the evening, excerpts from the documentary will be presented PARAGRAPH 175 by Rob Epstein and Jeffrey Friedman (Golden Bear for Best Documentary, Berlin 2000 – Best Documentary, Sundance 2000)
