The National Board of Auditors

  

Article 30 of the Arcigay Statute

The Board of Auditors is the administrative control body, present at every organizational level of the Association and elected at the respective Congresses.

It is responsible for:
– monitor the administrative progress of the Association;
– check that the accounting is properly kept and that the financial statements correspond to the records.

The National Board of Auditors is composed of three members and two alternates chosen from among members who are not members of governing bodies at the same level and who have adequate administrative and/or accounting experience. The Board elects a President from among its members.

The members of the National Board of Auditors are permanent guests at the meetings of the National Council, to which they submit an annual written report on the financial statements.
