The Extraordinary Provincial Congress of the Arcigay Siracusa Provincial Committee is hereby convened, as provided for by Article 12 of the Provincial Committee Statute and Article 27 of the Arcigay National Statute, for May 15, 2011, in Syracuse, at the "Randone" room on Via Malta, corner of Via Bixio. The first meeting will be at 11:30 a.m. and the second meeting will be at the same location at 4:30 p.m., with the following agenda:
1. approval of the Congress Regulations and election of the presidency of the Provincial Congress;
2. discussion and approval of amendments to the Statute;
3. Discussion and approval of the association project and the three-year activity program.
4. election of the President, Vice President, Board of Directors, Board of Auditors and any other vacant corporate positions;
5. Miscellaneous
The Provincial Congress will be opened by the Commissioner, who will be responsible for voter accreditation and the discussion and vote on the Congress Regulations.
Please note that all Arcigay members residing in the province of Syracuse, or who request membership in the Arcigay Syracuse Provincial Committee, are eligible to participate in the Provincial Congress with voting rights. Membership can be signed up or renewed during the accreditation process, but no later than the first vote.
Any applications for social positions, documents and agendas must be received by 4:30 pm on 15 May 2011 at the email address [email protected] and a copy must be sent to the congress presidency table.
