Con la seguente viene convocato il Congresso provinciale straordinario del Comitato provinciale Arcigay Siracusa, come previsto dall’art. 12 dello Statuto del Comitato provinciale e dell’art. 27 dello Statuto nazionale di Arcigay, per il giorno 15 maggio 2011 a Siracusa presso la sala “Randone” in via Malta angolo via Bixio in prima convocazione alle ore 11:30 e in seconda convocazione presso la stessa sede alle ore 16:30 con il seguente ordine del giorno:
1. approval of the Congress Regulations and election of the presidency of the Provincial Congress;
2. discussion and approval of amendments to the Statute;
3. Discussion and approval of the association project and the three-year activity program.
4. election of the President, Vice President, Board of Directors, Board of Auditors and any other vacant corporate positions;
5. Miscellaneous
The Provincial Congress will be opened by the Commissioner, who will be responsible for voter accreditation and the discussion and vote on the Congress Regulations.
Please note that all Arcigay members residing in the province of Syracuse, or who request membership in the Arcigay Syracuse Provincial Committee, are eligible to participate in the Provincial Congress with voting rights. Membership can be signed up or renewed during the accreditation process, but no later than the first vote.
