Pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of the Provincial Statute, the ordinary meeting of members of the Arcigay "Antinoo" Provincial Committee of Naples Onlus is convened for Thursday, September 8th at 3:00 PM (first call) and Friday, September 9th at 4:00 PM (second call) at the registered office, "Casa Comune delle Diversità" room, Vico San Geronimo 17. The meeting will be for discussion and related resolutions on the following agenda:
1) Communications from the President
2) Discussion on the committee's autumn and winter social activities
3) Discussion and approval of the calendar of AS 2011/2012 initiatives
4) Ratification of executive members reinstated by co-optation of the President
5) Assignment of further delegations to members of the executive
6) Discussion and approval of the 2011/2012 program guidelines
7) Miscellaneous
