Arcigay "Gioconda" Provincial Committee of Reggio Emilia
The Congress of the Provincial Committee of Arcigay ’Gioconda“ of Reggio Emilia is convened for October 6, 2012 at the Provincial headquarters of ARCI of Reggio Emilia (Viale Ramazzini 37) at 8:00 a.m. for the first call and at 4:30 p.m. for the second call, with the following agenda:
1) President's report;
2) renewal of corporate bodies;
3) voting on the motions of the XIV National Arcigay Congress, related documents, proposed amendments to the statute, agenda, and any indications of direction;
4) election of the delegates of the Arcigay “Gioconda” Provincial Committee of Reggio Emilia at the XIV National Arcigay Congress;
5) election of the candidate of the Arcigay “Gioconda” Provincial Committee of Reggio Emilia to the National Council of Arcigay.
6) miscellaneous.
All registered Arcigay members who have paid their membership fee on the day of the congress and are resident in the provinces of Reggio Emilia and Parma, as well as residents of other provinces who request membership in the Reggio Emilia Provincial Committee, may participate in the Congress, run for elected office, and vote.
