Arcigay Chieti – Sylvia Rivera organizes for the day September 28 From 5.30pm to 7.30pm at the De Luca bookshop (via Cesare De Lollis 12, Chieti) a public meeting entitled: “"Is it really an anti-homophobia law? Scalfarotto's proposal put to the test."”. Speakers will include: Angelo Collevecchio (psychotherapist and sexologist), Riccardo Noury (spokesperson for Amnesty International Italy), Andrea Cerrone (lawyer, PhD in Protection of Fundamental Rights at the University of Teramo), and Flavio Romani (national president of Arcigay).
The meeting will attempt to explain what homophobia and transphobia are, what is unacceptable about Scalfarotto's proposal, and what a real law combating homophobia and transphobia could look like. The meeting will be coordinated by Claudio Minetti, president of Arcigay Chieti.
