PUBLIC NOTICE FOR THE SELECTION BY COMPARATIVE PROCEDURE BASED ON QUALIFICATIONS AND INTERVIEWS OF PROFESSIONALS TO BE ASSIGNED TO TASKS WITHIN THE SU.PR.EME. 2 PROJECT – PROG-910 CUP: G29G23000930007 (FAMI); CIG: B6F22B55C9 IMPLEMENTATION AND MANAGEMENT OF INTERVENTIONS AIMED AT THIRD-COUNTRY CITIZENS WHO ARE VICTIMS OR POTENTIAL VICTIMS OF LABOR EXPLOITATION IN THE TERRITORIES OF LOT 3, NAPLES – AGRO GIUGLIANESE TERRITORIAL AREA
Antinoo Arcigay Napoli, as part of the Su.Pr.Eme 2 project, aimed at combating the labor exploitation of migrant citizens and promoting fair, dignified, and safe living and working conditions, is seeking the following experienced professionals to be employed in the Giugliano area (NA):
- 2 Legal Operators
The representative will support beneficiaries with all legal matters related to the renewal/issuance of residence permits and the regularization of their status. They will, where necessary, handle specific issues regarding disputes with employers (in consultation with the employment counseling office) and landlords (in consultation with the housing office). Required qualification: Law degree with proven experience supporting migrants and asylum seekers.
Weekly hours: 6 hours per week. Fixed-term employment contract.
- 1 legal expert
The position will lead a training course for operators on the updated legislation pursuant to Article 22 regarding residence permits for labor exploitation, and on Law 199/2016 (anti-gangmaster law). Required qualification: law degree with proven experience supporting migrants and asylum seekers.
Total hours of 40. Collaboration contract
REQUIRED REQUIREMENTS
- For all figures the following are required:
- excellent basic preparation on specific topics,
- previous experience with migrant populations and working on third sector projects,
- knowledge of the Giugliano-Agro area and the provinces of Naples and Caserta in general
- knowledge of immigration and asylum regulations in Italy
- competence in multiculturalism
- availability to travel within the territory
- The CV selection will be followed by an evaluation interview.
The employment relationship is expected to begin no later than October 30, 2025.
