at the first call on 04/16/2024 at 11:00 pm at the operational headquarters in via Duca d'Aosta 101 in Bolzano and at the second call

  1. Approval of the President's Report on 2023 Activities and 2024 Planning

  2. Approval of the 2023 financial statement and 2024 budget

  3. Miscellaneous: the floor is given to the members

Possibility of delegation:

Every regularly registered member can bring a single delegation by another duly registered member. The form to be signed by the delegating party is attached and must be presented at the meeting.
