By decree of February 24, 2026, signed by the Head of the Department for Youth Policies and Universal Civil Service, the call for applications was published for the selection of 65,964 volunteers to be employed in projects related to Universal Civil Service intervention programs in Italy and abroad.
They are financed by the Agorà Agency, a joint-stock social cooperative – ETS (AGORA' AGENCY’), n. 2 programs and n. 7 projects for a total of 464 volunteer workers to be deployed in Italy.

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
All young people who have turned 18 and have not exceeded 28 years of age can participate (28 years + 364 days from the date of application submission), who possess Italian citizenship, or citizenship of one of the other member states of the European Union, or of a non-European Union country, provided that the candidate is legally resident in Italy and who has not been sentenced, even if not definitive, to a prison sentence of more than one year for a non-negligent crime or to a sentence, even of a lesser severity, for a crime against the person or concerning the possession, use, carrying, transportation, illicit import or export of weapons or explosives, or for crimes relating to membership in or aiding subversive, terrorist or organised crime groups.
The participation requirements must be met on the date of submission of the application and, with the exception of the age limit, maintained until the end of the service, under penalty of exclusion from the procedure or from continuing the service.
HOW TO SUBMIT APPLICATIONS
The application for participation must be submitted by the deadline of April 8, 2026 – 2:00 PM exclusively through the DOL platform reachable via PC, tablet And smartphone at the address https://domandaonline.serviziocivile.it
For the Question Online Civil Service credentials are required CIE security level 2 or credentials SPID security level 2.
The application form is available for submitting applications. “Guide to completing and submitting the online application using the DOL platform” prepared by the Ministry.
Citizens of European Union countries and foreigners legally residing in Italy, if they are unable to acquire SPID, can access the DOL platform services using special credentials, which can be requested from the Department, following a procedure available on the platform's home page. Non-EU citizens legally residing in Italy at the time of submitting the application Online In addition to a valid identity document, they must also attach a valid residence permit or the application for its issue/renewal.
Only one application may be submitted for a single project and a single location.
If you fill out the form incorrectly, you may cancel it up to 2:00 PM on the day before the deadline.
