a figure of Communications Coordinator to be included in the Cassero's organizational chart.
The successful candidate will manage the club's communications, working with the Board of Directors, developing strategies to highlight and disseminate the association's social and political objectives, as well as fostering awareness of all of the club's activities and initiatives, from its various projects to clubbing. The candidate will work toward this goal using all existing online and offline tools (website, social media, institutional newsletter, and printed programs) and will contribute to developing new ones. The candidate will be part of a diverse and diverse team, including the club's technical staff, social and cultural project managers, and the Board of Directors.

The job description The role, which will be further defined during the interview, will range from content development to editorial communication planning, as well as from social media and website management to the coordination of a communications plan that involves the entire club.
Skills and abilities sought:
- theoretical and practical knowledge of the main social networks;
- text editing skills;
- awareness of the value of inclusive and representative language;
- knowledge of the movements and their main political demands;
Previous knowledge of the association, its organizational structure, and its objectives will be highly valued. Previous experience in the third sector or similar to the role will also be appreciated during the CV screening process. During the interview, technical aspects will be assessed, as well as lateral skills such as the ability to work in a team, the ability to independently manage certain aspects of one's work, a strong aptitude for conflict mediation, and other skills.
