The Cassero LGBTQIA+ Center search for more figures To be added to the club's evening staff. The sought-after candidate will be responsible for carrying out tasks essential to the smooth running of the evenings: reception, stamping, cashiering, membership administration, bar service, set-up and dismantling.
Commitment governed by on-call contract, to be carried out on site and mainly at night.
Duties and Responsibilities:
– welcoming customers and providing guidance on the Cassero's evening and daytime services
– stamps, membership and cash register
– preparation of long drinks and cocktails, cleaning of the bar and its equipment
Required Skills and Competencies:
– ability to work in the evening and/or night hours and availability to work shifts
– good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
– problem-solving skills and active listening skills
– precision, reliability and practical skills
Previous knowledge of our association will be considered a plus.
