NOTICE OF ORDINARY MEETING
OF THE MEMBERS
Members are invited to attend, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Article 8 of the Bylaws, an ordinary meeting to be held:
- in first call at the association's headquarters in Piazza Twenty-six May, 14 to Varese And in electronic mode at this link at 11:00 PM on Sunday, April 21, 2024, valid with the presence of half plus one of those entitled to vote;
- in second call at the association's headquarters in Piazza Twenty-six May, 14 to Varese And in electronic mode at this link
at 8:30 pm

regardless of the number of people present
to discuss and deliberate on the following agenda:
1) Discussion and voting on the annual membership program, report on activities carried out, and proposals from members;
2) Illustration and voting on the financial statement and the budget.
Please remember that pursuant to the’art. 9 of the Statute letter e) Only members who have been registered in the members' register for at least three months and who are up to date with their membership fee payment may vote.
All the documentation under discussion, respecting the information and control rights of members, will be made available by email before the start of the Assembly and is available at the association's headquarters (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm or by appointment at 03321844640).
If a member cannot attend in person, pursuant to Article 9, letter g) of the Bylaws, they may grant written proxy to another member. Each member may represent up to one other member. The written proxy must be presented, along with a copy of the delegating member's ID, directly at the meeting or sent to [email protected] by the start of the meeting.
