Convocazione assemblea ordinaria soci e socie

È convocata l’assemblea ordinaria delle socie e dei soci dell’associazione Comitato provinciale Arcigay Palermo il 5 aprile presso le Officine Arcobaleno, via della Rosa alla Gioiamia n.2/4;
prima convocazione alle ore 16.00;
seconda convocazione alle ore 17.00;

con il seguente ordine del giorno:
1) resoconto attività dell’associazione anno 2019;
2) bilancio consuntivo 2019;
3) bilancio preventivo 2020;
4) programma annuale di attività 2020 – congresso provinciale;
5) varie ed eventuali.

All’assemblea partecipano le socie e i soci, in regola con il versamento della quota associativa annuale; sarà possibile rinnovare la tessera o tesserarsi in sede dalle 16.00 fino all’apertura delle votazioni.
