Notice of ordinary meeting of members

The ordinary meeting of the members of the Arcigay Palermo Provincial Committee is called for April 5th at Officine Arcobaleno, via della Rosa alla Gioiamia n.2/4;
first call at 4.00 pm;
second call at 5.00 pm;

with the following agenda:
1) report on the association's activities for 2019;
2) 2019 financial statement;
3) 2020 budget estimate;
4) annual program of activities 2020 – provincial congress;
5) miscellaneous.

Members who have paid their annual membership fee will attend the meeting; membership renewals or membership applications can be made at the office from 4:00 PM until voting opens.
