The Board of Directors informs the members that the meeting has been convened Second Congress of the Association Arcigay Viterbo – Peter Boom APS at the Foyer of the Teatro dell'Unione in Viterbo, with the following schedule:
- First call: Saturday March 14, 2026, hours 15:00
- Second call: Saturday March 14, 2026, hours 16:00
The Congress, sponsored by the Municipality of Viterbo, is open to the public: non-members may also attend.

Right to vote
Members who have been registered in the membership register for at least three months and are up-to-date with their membership fees are entitled to vote. Proxy voting is not permitted at this Congress.
Presentation of the lists
The lists for the election of the Board of Directors must be received by Saturday, March 7, 2026 through PEC at the address [email protected], as indicated in the draft regulation.
The Congress is the event where the Association reviews its work, defines the transition of its mandate, and chooses its direction for the next three years: the presence and contribution of its members are an essential part of this event.
