How can you protect yourself from sexually transmitted diseases? Who should you contact in the Aosta Valley for a free test? What vaccines are available, and who should you call? The answers to these and other questions are available thanks to the "“it's easy in Aosta Valley!”, created by Arcigay Valle d'Aosta, with the collaboration of the Infectious Diseases department and the patronage of the USL (Local Health Authority).
This new collaboration between the association and Drs. Colafigli and Magnani, infectious disease specialists at the Parini Hospital, was born with the aim of promoting information and access to prevention services, to effectively combat the spread of sexually transmitted infections, by collecting essential information for the Aosta Valley population, divided into three categories: test, vaccines And prevention.
The campaign involves sharing key information across all the association's and the Local Health Authority's websites, including updated contact information and precise instructions for quickly and safely contacting professionals, taking free tests, even anonymously, and obtaining information and access to vaccines, PrEP and PEP protocols, and appropriate therapies.
The materials are also visible on the association's website at the link https://queervda.arcigay.it/salute, along with a series of FAQs on prevention and safe sex.
The association also makes the email address available to everyone [email protected], a free help desk, staffed by qualified volunteer healthcare professionals, to answer any health-related questions.
The collaboration between Arcigay Valle d'Aosta and Ausl Vda will continue throughout the year with other initiatives. [:]
