Sign the UIL-ARCI-ARCIGAY Protocol to Prevent and Combat All Forms of Discrimination
Prevent and fight any form of discrimination in social contexts and in particular in the workplace generated by reasons related to sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, ethnic origin or religion; to support workers who suffer discrimination or harassment; promote A culture of inclusion, respect for differences, and equal opportunities: these are the objectives of the agreement between UIL Campania, Arci Napoli, and Arcigay Napoli, which will be signed on Monday, March 30, at 10:30 a.m., at the UIL Campania headquarters in Varco Pisacane, Naples.
A shared path between UIL, Arci, and Arcigay to combat all forms of discrimination and support workers, developing and sharing tools, strategies, and knowledge.
“The memorandum of understanding between UIL Naples and Campania, Arci And Antinoo Arcigay Naples This is just the first step on a journey that will see us together in the fight against all forms of discrimination. With this initiative, we will pool our knowledge, our professionalism, our spaces and tools for stronger and more effective action against hateful phenomena of discrimination and exclusion, which often mean violations of rights, protections, personal and professional growth, and violations of the freedom of individuals and workers. John Sgambati, general secretary of UIL Campania, Mariano Anniciello, president of Arci Napoli and Antonello Sannino, president Antino Arcigay Napoli, who will be present at the conference on Monday, March 30.
