Since January 2020, there have been 91 femicides in Italy. Every time a woman is killed because she is a woman, we witness a series of toxic narratives reported in the press. For this reason, this year, on the occasion of November 25th, the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, we have collected some real headlines that appeared in national newspapers and rewritten them. Words can kill twice, and if we want to stop violence, we must learn to describe it with different words.
