International Day of Remembrance for Victims of Transphobic Hate.
The November 20th from 18 we will start in Sala Pignatello, at Municipality of Naples, at Palazzo San Giacomo, with the presentation of the book by Santambrogio Light “Who Can Play Juliet? Questions for a Performative Politics of Roles Beyond Gender”. Speaking with the author: Emanuela Ferrante, Councilor for Equal Opportunities of the Municipality of Naples, Loredana Rossi, for the Trans Naples Association, Tanya Di Martino for Pride Vesuvio Rainbow, Ruby Rose for Antinoo Arcigay Naples, Chiara Piccoli for ALFI the Tides and Simonetta Marino for “Philosophy Outside the Walls”, moderated by Ileana Capurro.
Followed by talks and speeches and then we move to Piazza Municipio with Candle Night, the torchlight procession in commemoration of trans victims.[:]
