It is hereby announced that the Board of Directors has proceeded to a new convocation of the ordinary Assembly of Arcigay Viterbo – Peter Boom APS For Sunday, April 13, 2025 at the Spazio Arci Biancovolta (Via delle Piagge n.° 23, Viterbo) according to the following schedule:

 

  • First call: 4:00 p.m.

  • Second call: 5:00 p.m.

 

The following agenda items will be discussed:

1) Approval of the 2024 financial statement

2) Approval of the activity planning for the year 2025

3) Requests and proposals from members

4) Approval of the minutes

 

According to the bylaws, the Assembly is reserved for members who have been members for at least three months. Those who have not renewed their membership can do so at the registration desk.

Finally, we would like to remind you that the Assembly is one of the most important moments in the life of the Association: we therefore invite each of you to actively participate in this event,
