The project's overarching objectives include, first and foremost, the attempt to end various forms of poverty, which are among the primary causes of social inequality, to encourage economic growth, and to ensure health and well-being for all. The project's initiatives took place primarily at the HOUSE OF LGBTQIA+ CULTURES AND WELCOME in Naples and involved the LGBTQIA+ communities of the metropolitan city and the Campania Region. Students recommended by schools who submitted, during the project's inception phase, a letter of participation as collaborators also participated in the project activities.
The activities, which took place between 2022 and 2024, included the establishment of a legal assistance desk and psychological support, including at the Pompei Lab headquarters and at the "HOUSE OF CULTURES AND LGBTQIA+ WELCOME," the establishment of a self-help group, a wellness workshop for body and mind, the activation of the migrant help desk, and other social improvement initiatives. The project's strength was undoubtedly its diverse and deeply rooted partnership.
Among the various stages, the meeting was held in May 2024 “Music against stereotypes” at the Institute “G. Marconi” in Torre Annunziata, where students listened and actively participated. The event was organized by the association “Pompeii Lab”. This stage of the project aimed to demonstrate how universal languages, such as music, can convey feelings of inclusion and respect. Nine songs were performed, addressing topics such as gender identity, sexual orientation, and the fight against homophobia and transphobia. In addition to the leaders of some of the project's associations, two psychology experts were also present, offering students the opportunity to delve deeper into the topics covered and receive professional support. The help desk psychological support, still active until the end of July at the headquarters of the Pompeii Lab , has had considerable success.

His first solo album was Francesco Di Bella & Ballads Café, in which he was accompanied by a band consisting of Daniele Sinigallia (who also produced the album), Cristiano De Fabritiis, Andrea Pesce, Alessandro Innaro, Marjorie Biondo, and Alfonso Bruno.
