Arcigay Youth Coordination
The Arcigay Giovani network coordination team is made up of individuals selected directly by the designated representative within the National Secretariat. Their role is to facilitate the various operational tasks required to advance the network's activities.

ANTONIO AURIEMMA
Youth Manager
Neapolitan by origin but as a good Sagittarius he defines himself as a citizen of the world, Antonio (she/he/they) joined the national Arcigay Giovani network in 2016 by participating in the second Agorà in Perugia.
In the youth network, she has always found a home and family, as well as a place to grow and share experiences and journeys.
Passionate about art, communication, and the nerdy world, he can't stand injustice, toxic masculinity, and patriarchy.
When he's not busy with Arcigay activism, work, or stressing out the youth coordination, he devotes himself to music and travel... which then give him inspiration for a new proposal to bring to Arcigay.

ALICE SARTORE
Network Management, Accessibility of Spaces for National Events and North/West Area Manager
Alice Sartore was born on December 8, 1999 (Libra rising) in the Aosta Valley, surrounded by cold mountains and stunning landscapes. A vegan activist for human, animal, and environmental rights, she dreams of becoming an educator in her spare time.
Just like any self-respecting Sagittarius, she can't sit still and is always looking for something new (but more likely due to ADHD). She worked as a civil service volunteer at an Extraordinary Reception Center (CAS) and then as a cultural worker in the Integration Reception System (SAI) with people seeking international protection, and for many summers she worked as a counselor at a summer camp.
She tried to study at university, first a year of anthropology in Bologna and then a year of political science and human rights in Padua. These attempts were unsuccessful, but now she will begin studying educational sciences.
The granddaughter of a partisan courier, she grew up in an activist environment. In 2021, she was elected vice president of the Aosta branch of the ANPI, and in 2023 (after collaborating in the organization of the first Aosta Pride in the region's history, in October 2022) she was elected vice president of Arcigay Valle d'Aosta Queer VdA with responsibility for the youth group.
In January 2024, she participated in the 4th Youth Agora in Florence, as a delegate for the Aosta Valley youth group, a wonderful and very important experience that allowed her to arrive here.

GIACOMO CEREGHINI
Collaborations with youth and student organizations and Head of the North/East area
Giacomo (male pronouns), 24 years old, university student. Originally from Udine, in Friuli, but has lived in Trento for five years, where he moved to attend university. He is currently studying political science for a master's degree.
He approached Arcigay in 2019, timidly joining the Trentino youth group, unaware that this space would be his safe haven for a long time. After two years interrupted by the pandemic, marked by the lack of in-person networking, he returned to our association's spaces at the local and national levels. In 2022, he participated in the Youth Pride Camp for the first time, where he had the opportunity to learn about the Youth Network and have important learning experiences. That same year, he became coordinator of the Trento youth group, which he still coordinates. In 2023, he helped organize the Dolomiti Pride in Trento, which was a moment of great personal and associative satisfaction for him. In 2024, he participated in the 4th Agorà Giovani as a delegate from Trentino; this experience proved to be an important opportunity to further challenge himself and grow politically.
As part of the Youth Network coordination team, he manages relations with the youth and student groups with which the Network engages and collaborates. He is also responsible for the North/East Macro Area, the region he originates from.

DAMIANO BIVONA
Event Organization, Communications and Southern Area Manager
Born in 1996 and a Catania resident since 2015, he spends most of his days thinking about the hashtag #vitainarcigay. In 2017, he began to take an interest in activism, then in 2019 he joined Arcigay Catania and, subsequently, the Arcigay Giovani network.
A part-time sociology student, in his spare time he plays the ukulele, proofreads and typesets texts of all kinds, plays Dungeons & Dragons, and loves to go crazy with graphics software he learned in one night thanks to Youth Pride Camp.

LINDA SALVADOR
Fundraising, Network Sustainability and Head of the Central Area
Linda Salvador was born on April 25, 2000 in Livorno, where she currently lives.
She attended art high school and after graduation, spent several years studying fine arts between Rome and Florence. From these experiences away from home, she deepened her understanding of the concepts of transfeminism and intersectionality, cornerstones of her struggle, which led her to found the Gorgonie Transfeminist Collective in Livorno at the end of 2023.
From the intersection of art and activism, her two great leitmotifs, in June 2023 she will organize the “Queer Wall” mural in Livorno, a project for which she was the contact for Arcigay Livorno.
His journey as an activist, however, began in 2016 when he joined LED Libertà e Diritti Arcigay Livorno and will begin coordinating the Youth Group from 2021.
In January 2024, she participated in the fourth Agorà Giovani as the coordinating delegate of the Arcigay Livorno Youth Group.
In coordinating the Youth Network, she is responsible for fundraising and sustainability of the network, and is responsible for the Marco Area Centro.

FRANCESCO MUSILLO
