You read “The House of Magnolias” by Flavia Biondi? If the answer is no, we invite you to start it, because it will be the main theme of the next meeting of our book club!
Amelia has returned because she needs to sell the house that holds the most important memories of her youth. Ada is in town because she's been called to be a substitute teacher at the local school. Two more different people couldn't have met, two such disparate destinies shouldn't have met. But they will learn...
We'll discuss the readings we've covered this month, and anyone who wants can share their opinions, concerns, and criticisms.
Even those who haven't read or finished the book can participate.
As always, we'll be accompanied by tea, herbal teas and sweets =)
