Gay Help Line is the national anti-homophobia contact center for gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender people, managed by the Gay Center. Founded in 2005, in addition to handling cases of discrimination, violence, and bullying, it serves as a listening point for those in need, providing confidential support, information, and guidance.

Refuge LGBT, a Gay Center project, founded in 2016, offers a first-line shelter service for young victims of homolesbiantransphobia. Since 2021, it has been joined by Refuge T* for trans people aged 18 to 40 who are victims of discrimination or in difficulty.

To access hospitality services, simply contact the Gay Help Line toll-free number 800 713 713 or via the Speakly.org chat.

The Refuge LGBT service is available to people aged 16 to 26 and Refuge T* to Trans people aged 18 to 40.

The homes are managed by qualified staff, provide free assistance to guests, integrating their own services with those offered by the local area, and establish agreements to facilitate professional reintegration. .

salute e benessere sessuale attraverso l’orientamento e affiancamento nell’accesso ai servizi sociali e/o sanitari specialistici del territorio;
orientamento e assistenza in ambito lavorativo e abitativo;
progetti di empowerment individualizzati volti all’inclusione sociale per le persone in carico;
interventi di sensibilizzazione verso la cittadinanza, anche attraverso eventi culturali e sociali;
interventi in Rete con i Servizi e le Istituzioni del territorio.
