Pursuant to Article 12 of the Statute, the meeting is convened for March 24th at the first call at 3:00 pm and the second call at 3:30 pm, in the Hall of Honour of the Municipality of Cuneo, in Via Roma 28,
the ordinary Congress of the Provincial Committee of Arcigay “Figli della Luna” of Cuneo with the following agenda:
1) approval of the Congress Regulations and election of the President of the Congress;
2) discussion on motions to amend the Statute;
3) discussion and approval of the association project and the three-year activity program;
4) election of the President;
5) election of the Board of Directors;
6) election of the Board of Auditors;
7) miscellaneous
All Arcigay members residing in the province of Cuneo or who have requested membership in the Arcigay Cuneo Provincial Committee may participate in the Provincial Congress with voting rights. Membership can be signed up or renewed during the accreditation process, but no later than the first vote.
There is no possibility of delegation.
Applications for office, documents, motions, and agendas must be received by 12:00 noon on March 23, 2012, at [email protected] or [email protected]. .
It will be possible to request the discussion of agenda items even after this deadline, by depositing any additional documents at the Congress presidency desk before the start of voting.
