The Congress of the EOS ARCIGAY Provincial Committee of Cosenza is CONVENED, as provided for the times and methods, by articles 12 and 14 of the Statute of the Provincial Committee and FOR 9 March 2013, at the headquarters located "Casa delle Culture", in Corso Telesio n.98, in Cosenza;
at the first call at 8.30 am and at the second call at the same office at 4.30 pm with the following agenda:
– Amendment of the provincial statute
All Arcigay members residing in the province of Cosenza or who request to be assigned to the Eos Cosenza provincial committee and residing in the provinces of Crotone and Vibo Valentia are called to participate in the Provincial Congress with the right to vote.
You can register or renew your membership in the period preceding accreditation and in any case no later than the time scheduled for the first meeting.
On the same day, the members' meeting is also called to approve the annual planning and the 2013 budget and 2012 financial statements.
