The day Saturday, October 24th, in first call at 8.00 am and in second call at 6.00 pm, The annual meeting of members of the "Pianeta Milk Verona LGBT* Center APS" Association (affiliated with ARCI/Arcigay) is hereby convened. The meeting, which could not be held in April as required by the bylaws due to the current national emergency, has been cancelled. The meeting is convened at the headquarters, at Via Scuderlando 137 in Verona, and also by electronic means to discuss the following matters:
AGENDA
1- Presentation, discussion, and vote on the 2019 financial statements and 2020 budget.
2- Presentation, discussion, and vote on the amendments made to the Association's statute, drafted in accordance with the new provisions of the Third Sector Code and the directives of the Veneto Region.
3- Report of the Board of Directors on the three-year period 2017-2020 and discussion of the programmatic direction for the following three-year period.
4- Renewal of the positions of the Association's Board of Directors.
5- Miscellaneous.
Please note that pursuant to Article 15 of the current bylaws, all members registered for at least three months and who have paid their membership fee at least 15 days prior to the meeting may participate and vote at the meeting. Anyone who has not paid their membership fee can still do so by renewing their membership (ARCI and/or Arcigay) on the evening of Wednesday, October 7th at the office or by requesting information by Friday, October 9th by emailing: [email protected] Anyone who has paid their membership fee but has been registered in the membership register for less than three months may still participate in the meeting, but without the right to vote. Pursuant to Article 17, voting by proxy is also permitted, up to a maximum of two proxies per member present at the meeting.
Pursuant to Article 27 of the ARCI National Statute, which provides that each organization may activate participation methods via telecommunications for its own convocations, and pursuant to Article 106 of Legislative Decree No. 18 of March 17, 2020, converted into Law No. 27 of April 24, 2020, convening the Assembly electronically is permitted for the duration of the COVID-19 health emergency. The telecommunications platform used will allow for the identification of participants, their participation, and the exercise of their right to vote. To prevent the formation of crowds, therefore, as a completely exceptional measure, we ask you to report this to the email address [email protected] who intends to participate in the first and/or second call. The first 22 people will be admitted to the venue to signal their willingness to attend in person, while The others will be provided with a link and the necessary credentials to follow the meeting and vote online.
This notice was posted at the Association's headquarters and published on the Association's official website (www.pianetamilk.it), as required by Article 15 of the Bylaws. It was also sent via email to those with a valid membership card or one expired within one year and who provided a valid email address when registering.
