Bolzano: apprezzamento di Centaurus per l’approvazione della legge provinciale 53/2020

Questa mattina il Consiglio provinciale di Bolzano ha approvato la legge che istituisce il Centro di tutela contro le discriminazioni in provincia di Bolzano. “Centaurus Arcigay” esprime apprezzamento per la scelta della maggioranza dei Consiglieri e Consigliere provinciali di approvare una legge di civiltà, anche se purtroppo anche in questa occasione abbiamo registrato proprio sulla tutela anti-discriminatoria delle persone LGBTQIA+ un odio da parte di talune minoranze partitiche che non sono più accettabili.
Durante tutta l’estate Centaurus Arcigay è stata impegnata in varie riunioni con i e le rappresentanti del Consiglio provinciale per individuare una formulazione del testo di legge inclusivo verso tutte le minoranze LGBTQIA+, anche verso le persone che hanno un’identità di genere non conforme. Il risultato è stato un compromesso non semplice ma la formulazione trovata è adeguata.
