CONVOCAZIONE ASSEMBLEA ANNUALE ORDINARIA
DELLE SOCIE E DEI SOCI 2020

Alle socie e ai soci

È convocata l’assemblea annuale ordinaria delle socie e dei soci 2020 di Centaurus Arcigay Alto Adige Südtirol,

in prima convocazione il giorno giovedì 15/10/2020 alle ore 21:00 presso la sede sociale in via Galileo Galilei 4/a a Bolzano e in seconda convocazione

sabato 17/10/2020 alle ore 17:30
Sala polifunzionale Europa
Via del Ronco 11 – Bolzano

per discutere i seguenti punti all’ordine del giorno:

  1. Elezione del/la presidente dell’assemblea;
  2. Lettura e approvazione della relazione consuntiva 2019;
  3. Esposizione e ratifica del bilancio d’esercizio 2019;
  4. Lettura e approvazione del programma annuale delle attività e del bilancio d’esercizio di previsione per l’anno 2020;
  5. Coptazione di un componente del Consiglio direttivo in sostituzione del dimissionario Stefan Martinelli;
  6. Varie ed eventuali: la parola all* soci*.

Possibilità di delega:
E’ ammessa una sola delega per associato, la quale dev’essere scritta e firmata e deve contenere l’indicazione del delegante e del delegato. (Art. 13, comma 2 dello Statuto sociale).
