Starting from an analysis of the current situation with respect to the spread of the virus,’HIV In Italy and beyond, we will address the main issues on the subject. Attention will be focused on the two fundamental strategies for preventing the spread of the virus: TasP and the PrEP, which even today, in Italy in 2021, are talked about too little, as if there were no longer a health emergency regarding them. In this period of global health emergency due to the COVID-19, we forget about one of the pandemics that has not yet found a limit in the world population. For this reason, one of the priorities of Arcigay Florence Other Shores is to train and inform the community and society as a whole on the prevention and fight against the spread of the HIV virus, all strengthened by our recent membership in the Florence Fast Track City.
