[:it]The psychological counselling service is a service provided by Arci/Arcigay Pianeta Milk as a protected space for listening and welcoming aimed at individuals, couples and family members belonging to the LGBTQIA+ community.
There mission is to promote well-being and the protection of rights through a service that offers counseling and psychological support. It is aimed at those who are dealing with issues related to their sexual orientation and/or identity, emotional, relational, and sexual dimensions, and issues closely related to homophobia, transphobia, homophobic bullying, and problematic chemsex.
The service can also be used online.

What we do:
- acceptance, awareness and self-knowledge, self-esteem;
- emotional, relational and sexual difficulties;
- coming out;
- issues related to social integration, bullying and discrimination;
- episodes of violence and abuse in relationships and within the family;
- counseling and support for family members of LGBTQIA+ people;
- problematic chemsex.
How it works:
The association offers a series of eight psychological support sessions, the first two of which are free and the subsequent sessions at a reduced rate. A portion of the fee will be donated to the Pianeta Milk Arci/Arcigay association.
After the 8 sessions, it will be possible to privately agree on the method and location for a possible continuation of the process with the psychotherapist.

Arcigay membership is required to use the service.
Team:
The service is coordinated by the Dr. Sofia Bonamassa, psychologist, cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist and clinical sexologist.
They also collaborate with the Dr. Serena Libertè Di Antonio, psychologist and psychotherapist with a systemic-relational orientation and the Dr. Pasquale Spinoso, psychologist, psychotherapist with a psychoanalytic orientation and group analyst.
