For women's self-determination and health protection, eliminating the limit of three embryos per implant and the requirement to transfer all of them simultaneously, even if they are diseased; allowing women to withdraw their consent for implantation; and lifting the ban on freezing embryos and testing them through preimplantation diagnosis.

To repeal the rule that equates the rights of the conceived child with those of the mother and father, which would jeopardize Law 194 on voluntary termination of pregnancy.

To enable scientific research on embryonic stem cells, in order to identify new cures for diseases such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, diabetes, heart disease, and cancer.

To enable heterologous fertilization for couples with serious infertility problems and for people with serious hereditary diseases, who could thus avoid passing them on to their children.
