Thanks to the collaboration between Sephora and Arcigay, a new one is now active Free psychological counseling and support service for LGBTQIA+ people who are victims of abuse, discrimination, and bullying.. A service designed to offer concrete, accessible, and professional support to those experiencing difficult situations, creating a space dedicated to emotional well-being and sharing.
The initiative was born from the Sephora campaign of BRAVE SPACE, which promotes the creation of safe spaces, both physical and virtual, where everyone can feel free to express themselves without fear, judgment, or compromise. Spaces where they can be truly heard, recognized, and valued for their uniqueness, finding acceptance, respect, and representation.
In this context, the service aims to be a point of reference for those who need guidance through counseling and psychological support, offering a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment where every experience is addressed with sensitivity and expertise. A place to pause, share your experiences, and start over, with the opportunity to rediscover your self-confidence.
That's why we open this space for free and inclusive discussion and support, where you can be yourself, share your experiences, and find helpful tools to cope with challenges. Because everyone deserves a place where they feel safe, listened to, and supported, without fear of being judged.
The Brave Space helpdesk was created thanks to a donation from Sephora to Arcigay, which enabled the activation of an online helpdesk offering 500 hours of psychological counseling. The helpdesk will be open until all available hours are filled, and no later than December 31, 2026.
