This was the statement by Gabriele Piazzoni, president of Arci Gay Lodi-Cremona, who yesterday at Coffee Move held a meeting organized by "Sel per Lodi" entitled "Homophobia is the Disease." After a speech by mayoral candidate Simone Uggetti, Tommaso Premoli, a candidate on the SEL list, took the floor ("Here we're talking about civil rights, an unquestionable and fundamental issue"). Then Michela Sfondrini explained that the Sel group is making a commitment "whether it manages to bring one or two people to the City Council: that of registering civil unions in Lodi as well.
