The meeting is hereby convened, pursuant to the Association's Statute Antinoo Arcigay Naples, per il giorno sabato 29 aprile c.a. alle ore 16:30 in prima convocazione e per giorno sabato 29 aprile c.a. alle ore 18.00 In second call, at the social headquarters, "common house of diversity" room in vico San Geronimo n° 17, the Assembly of members with the following agenda (OdG):
- Treasurer's Financial Report
- President's Social Budget Report;
- Discussione e approvazione Bilancio consuntivo 2022;
- Discussione e approvazione Bilancio preventivo 2023;
- Any resignations or additions to corporate positions;
- Pride and initiatives;
- Miscellaneous.
Please note that the Assembly, at the first call, is validly constituted with the presence of more than half of the members and passes resolutions by absolute majority. At the second call, no quorum is required, and the Assembly passes resolutions by absolute majority of the members present.
All members who have paid their membership fees to our issuing committee as of April 25, 2023, are entitled to vote (voting by proxy is not permitted).
It is possible to become a member of Antinoo Arcigay Napoli or renew your membership at the opening of the Assembly, no later than the first vote. In this case, although they will not have the right to vote actively or passively, new members who renewed after April 25, 2023 will be able to speak during the assembly proceedings.
Please remember to wear a mask and respect social distancing measures as per current regulations.
