Coming Out Day 2026: “I'm interested”
“Why is it important to come out?”, “Is there still a need to do it?”, “Why should I care?” These are some of the questions most frequently asked of people in the LGBTQIA*+ community when it comes to coming out.
For this year's Coming Out Day, the Arcigay Giovani network has chosen to launch a communications campaign that addresses these very questions, drawing on the experiences of some of its members.
For many, coming out is a political act, for others it is the beginning of a journey... the fact remains that Coming Out Day remains one of the most important and significant days for the entire queer community and therefore the collection of contributions, testimonies and opinions will remain open until October 15th and is aimed at people in our circles, our networks, groups, and anyone who wants to become protagonists of the campaign.
