The Florence Committee "Altre sponde" will hold its congress on May 6th.
The Territorial Congress of the Arcigay Firenze Altre Sponde APS Territorial Committee has been convened.
– first call for May 6, 2024 at 5:59 a.m. at the House of Culture and Recreation located in Florence at Via Forlanini 164
and possibly
– at the second call for May 6, 2024 at 8:30 pm at the House of Culture and Recreation located in Florence at Via Forlanini 164
to examine and discuss the following agenda:
- Opening of the meeting and election of the presidency table;
- End of term report;
- Votes on statutory amendments;
- Election of the Board of Directors;
- Election of persons delegated to the National Council;
- Miscellaneous.
The Territorial Congress is convened in accordance with the provisions of the Territorial Statute, the National Statute, and the Regulations governing the proceedings of the Assembly of Members in the form of a Territorial Congress and the candidacy for association positions, which can be found on our website at the following address: https://www.arcigayfirenze.it/trasparenza/
All members of the Arcigay Territorial Committee who have paid their membership fee for at least three months are entitled to vote (membership fees can be renewed before the start of the congress; the Secretariat will be available on site from 7:30 PM).
