[:it]Diversity Net@Work[:]

[:en]Work occupies a significant portion of our time and therefore our lives. Workplaces are a repository of relationships, interpersonal and social dynamics. Workplaces must become safe, welcoming, and inclusive spaces, where it is important to feel free to express and act out one's sexual orientation and gender identity.

Developing a culture of diversity means contributing to better working conditions and inclusive work environments, where worker well-being contributes to individual respect, as well as to the growth of the company and, more generally, of society.

For this reason Arcigay promotes

Diversity for the HORECA sector

Arcigay and AITGL (the Italian Association of Gay, Trans, and Lesbian Tourism) have signed a memorandum of understanding with the aim of promoting and fostering a culture of respect and education about diversity among tourism operators and businesses. The agreement between Arcigay and AITGL therefore paves the way for a shared path across all Arcigay clubs, to adopt the guidelines of inclusion and a culture of respect among local tourism operators with whom they collaborate or partner.

To strengthen the commitment of local operators, AIGLT will also allow those who wish to sign a letter of intent, inspired by the guidelines, which will allow them to register for free on the Association's portal.
